KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

:
- Setup Digital Testing practice with people, tools & processes
- Strong Life Insurance expertise with thorough test strategy, planning, execution, results analysis, and successful closure.
- Able to guide and troubleshot team’s functional, operational, system, and stakeholder’s challenges.
- Assessing and on-boarding of testing skillset basis comprehensive evaluation and train team on Life insurance key processes and functionalities involved in insurance Product launches.
- Expertise in define the testing scope, coverage and validate the test execution of Ingenium & peripheral systems .
- Build robust and agile test automation solutions for progressive and regressive automation usecases






- Experience on Selenium, Katalon, Cucumber, Appium, SOA services, backend testing solutions. Also, exposure on CI/CD development and testing tools (e.g. Jenkins/Bamboo).
- Define Testing Strategy covering environments, test data management, reporting, selection of tools & quality gates
- Define, measure & Improve Testing related KPIs
- Define methods for defect lifecycle management & analyzing for predictability
- Work closely with Digital Product Management & Technology Delivery
- Educating testing community on best tools, practices and mentoring them on implementations.
- Continuously innovate in Testing domain with new tools & methodologies
- Mange relationships with all key stakeholders in Product Management & IT
- Envision dashboards and product engineering quality KPIs.

- Change agent for benchmarking testing maturity model at enterprise level under Enterprise Testing CoE

Key competencies/skills required

- Overall 8-10 years of experience in QA delivery and practices.
- Atleast 4 years’ experience in Ingenium systems and insurance product launch testing.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience as an automation implementer for web/mobile applications.
- At least 4 years of experience in a test lead role, leading QA for multiple/complex projects
- At least 2 years of experience in creating Test Strategy and its execution
- Well versed with testing approaches like TDD, BDD, End to End testing, Ingenium testing, etc.
- Experienced on tools like Selenium, Cucumber,





JIRA, Xray.
- Experience of operating in both agile and waterfall development methodologies
- Well versed with Industry trends of delivering modern QA practice

Desired qualifications and experience:

- Preferably B.E / MCA from a reputed institute
- Overall 8-10 years of experience in QA domain, Ingenium experience of at least 5 years
- Should be working or should have worked with reputed technology/QA services organization
