Job Insights:
- Production management from start to delivery.
- Leading and coordinating efforts of the entire development team (Developers, designers,
QC etc) and acting as an important link in case of project issues.
- Keeping himself/herself updated with the constant changes in Digital ecosystem
- Ability to define and enforce process, yet adapt to changing requirements, timelines, and
- priorities
- Partnering with various internal SPOCs (Project Management Team, Creative, Digital
- production Team, and technical leads) to manage strategy, production, schedule, budget,
- tagging and quality assurance.
- Further, he /she will be responsible for Capacity planning and handling any crisis on a day-
- to-day level as well as from a long-term perspective
- Ensuring high Quality through best practices and compliance to the standards – Strong
- Liasioning with Operationsal Excellence team to track performance and put corrective
- measures
- Proficient in analyzing team performance metrics, tracking progress, and providing
- constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
