About Us:
Founder Hub Network, in collaboration with DcodeBlock, is seeking a talented UI-UX Designer to help craft intuitive and engaging user experiences for our founder-focused platform. Our mission is to provide seamless access to resources, education, and community support for entrepreneurs at every stage of their journey.
Role Overview:
As a UI-UX Designer, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth user research, designing intuitive user flows,
and creating visually compelling interfaces that enhance the overall user experience. You will work closely with our development and product teams to design features that simplify access to learning modules, mental health tools, and networking events, ensuring a responsive and accessible platform for all users.
Key Responsibilities:
UX Designer:
- User Research & Analysis: Conduct interviews, surveys, and usability tests to understand the challenges, needs, and behaviors of founders.
- User Journey Mapping: Design smooth navigation flows for features like learning modules, mental health tools, dashboards, and progress tracking.
- Problem-Solving & Accessibility: Ensure that the platform simplifies access to resources and mentors, while being accessible to all user types (Web2, Web2.5, Web3 founders).
- Iteration & Improvement: Continuously refine the platform based on user feedback to maintain a user-friendly experience as new features are introduced.
UI Designer:
- Visual Design & Branding:
Develop a consistent, professional, and visually appealing interface that aligns with Founder Hub Network’s brand identity.
- Layout & Responsiveness: Design responsive layouts for various devices (desktop, mobile, tablet) to enhance user engagement.
- Prototype Development: Collaborate with developers to create prototypes of new features, ensuring smooth handoff from design to development.
- Consistency & Usability: Maintain visual consistency across all sections, ensuring that the platform is intuitive and easy to use, even for less tech-savvy users.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience as a UI-UX Designer or similar role.
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design software.
- Strong understanding of responsive design,
interaction design, and visual design principles.
- Experience in user research, wireframing, prototyping, and user journey mapping.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
