We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Admin Assistant, Business Development, to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will support our sales executives in the US by handling administrative tasks, managing schedules, and ensuring seamless communication between the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the sales team, including meeting note transcription, data entry into CRM, and scheduling meetings. Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents. Handle data entry, maintain CRM hygiene, and ensure all records and tasks are up-to-date.

- Sales Coordination: Support the sales team in tracking sales leads,





prospects, and customer accounts. Coordinate and schedule sales meetings, demonstrations, and follow-up activities. Assist in preparing sales reports and analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities.

- Operational Efficiency: Implement and maintain office systems to streamline operations and improve efficiency. Support the team in using CRM software and other sales tools effectively. Assist in the planning and execution of sales events and campaigns.

Qualifications:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, RecruitCRM, etc.).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- BBA/MBA graduate or 1+ year of experience in sales.
- Experience working remotely and across different time zones is a plus.
