Job Title:Business Development Executive (Non-IT Sales)Location:Work from Office – Near Connaught Place New Delhi, IndiaShift:Day Shift (Monday to Saturday) Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PMExperience Required:1 to 2 years in Non-IT Domestic Staffing and Recruitment Sales.Key Responsibilities:Sales of Non-IT Staffing Services: Sell staffing services with a focus on blue-collar recruitment.Client Acquisition: Generate and convert leads through cold calling, lead generation activities, and face-to-face meetings.Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients in Delhi/NCR.Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets by closing deals and expanding the client base.Solution Development:
Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored solutions for clients based on their staffing needs.Requirements:Proven experience in sales or business development in the Non-IT staffing industry.Strong understanding of Non-IT recruitment processes and market trends.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.Familiarity with Salesforce CRM (optional but preferred).Ability to work independently, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.Knowledge of Delhi/NCR market and its clients.Desired Skills:Cold calling and lead generation.Experience in selling HRMS services and staffing solutions.Proven track record in deal with payroll fixed salary and transfers business.Salesforce CRM experience (preferred, not mandatory).Ability to handle outbound sales activities.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in any field.Compensation:Salary: Based on interview performance, current CTC, and experience.Additional Benefits: Petrol allowance, unlimited attractive performance incentives,
