Job Role:
We are seeking an experienced Lead Data Analyst-Power Bi to join our dynamic team.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Expertise in Power BI, including report and dashboard creation, DAX, T-SQL and Power Query.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.
- Prior experience in the E-Commerce domain, preferrable automotive.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing business needs.
- High level of professionalism and integrity, with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Familiarity with other BI tools and technologies is a plus.
- Understanding of data security best practices and access control mechanisms.

- Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior leadership team to understand business objectives and translate them into actionable BI solutions.
- Architect and develop complex Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models using Power BI to support business needs.
- Design and implement data models and ETL processes to ensure high-quality, reliable data is available for reporting and analysis using SSIS, Batch Scripts or any relevant Microsoft Data tools.
- Lead and manage BI projects from conception to implementation, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business requirements.
- Stay updated on the latest Power BI features, trends,
and best practices to continuously enhance BI capabilities.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in Power BI, providing guidance and support for growth initiatives across the organization. This includes leading proof-of-concepts (POCs), offering pre-sales support, and developing case studies.
- Lead the team to success by effectively managing their roles through the KRA process. This involves setting clear goals, regularly reviewing performance, and providing constructive feedback.
