Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Delivery Partner who will play a critical role in managing and delivering IT solutions and services to our clients. who will be responsible for overseeing project execution, client relationships, team management, and ensuring the successful delivery of IT projects within established timelines and budgets. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, leadership, and strong communication skills.
Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage IT projects from initiation to completion.
• Define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables
. • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Monitor project progress and identify potential issues,
taking corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients and manage client expectations.
• Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities for IT services and solutions that align with their goals.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to project teams.
• Monitor project budgets, expenses, and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and security standards.
• Drive process improvements and innovations to enhance service delivery.
• Prepare regular progress reports for clients and senior management.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and project artifacts.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology,
Business Administration).
• Extensive experience in the IT services industry with a strong track record of successful project delivery.
• Proven experience in project management and client relationship management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Financial acumen and budget management experience.
• Knowledge of IT industry best practices, emerging technologies, and trends. • Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL) are a plus.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure
