Job Summary
As the Senior Product Manager ,
you will manage the product lifecycle end-to-end—from strategy and concept through to execution and delivery—while driving both profitability and innovation. Your role will focus on defining the strategic product vision, roadmap development, stakeholder management, and leading hands-on product delivery in a regulated healthcare environment. You will own the product’s P&L;, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovation using AI-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities ️
- P&L; Management : Full ownership of the product’s financial performance, including pricing strategies, budgeting, and cost management to ensure profitability.
- Product Roadmap : Develop and execute a strategic product roadmap, aligning with customer needs, regulatory requirements, and RediMinds' business goals.
- Stakeholder Engagement : Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and external partners to gather feedback and align product development with market demands.
- Market Analysis : Stay informed of industry trends, competitors, and new technologies to continuously evolve the product.
- Team Collaboration : Work closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and support teams to deliver on product goals and achieve cross-functional success.
- Customer-Centric Focus : Conduct customer interviews to gather insights and incorporate feedback into the product to ensure continuous improvement.
- Regulatory Compliance : Ensure the product adheres to all relevant healthcare regulations, including dispute resolution and data privacy (HIPAA, CMS).
- Metrics & Reporting : Track product performance using key metrics, monitor adoption rates, and report progress to leadership.
- Innovation Leadership : Drive innovation within the product by integrating AI and automation technologies to maintain a competitive advantage.

Candidate Background & Qualifications
- Experience :
5-7 years of product management experience, ideally within healthcare or regulatory technology sectors.
- P&L; Management : Proven experience managing P&L; for a product or business unit, with a strong track record of driving profitability.
- Regulatory Knowledge : Understanding of healthcare regulations (HIPAA, CMS) and payer/provider dynamics.
- AI & Data Expertise : Experience with AI, data analytics, or automation technologies in product development.
- Team Leadership : Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams to meet product and business objectives.
- Customer-Centric Development : Strong experience in customer-driven product development and scaling technology products.
- Bonus : Familiarity with healthcare billing, coding, dispute resolution,
or similar regulatory frameworks is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary : ₹30,00,000 - ₹45,00,000 annually (depending on experience and location).
- Performance Bonus : 10% - 15% of base salary, based on product performance.
- Equity or Stock Options : 0.5% - 1% equity stake with a vesting period of 3-4 years.
- Signing Bonus : ₹1,50,000 - ₹5,00,000 (based on experience).
