We are now expanding our services to teleconsultations and telecalling for better patient engagement and care.
Job Description:
We are looking for a qualified BAMS doctor to join our team as a Telecalling Consultant. The role involves connecting with patients over the phone, providing initial consultations, offering treatment guidance, and supporting patients with Ayurveda-based health advice.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct telephonic consultations for Ayurvedic treatments.
- Answer patient queries about Ayurvedic therapies, remedies, and lifestyle changes.
- Provide follow-up advice and treatment modifications over the phone.
- Maintain patient records and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Collaborate with other Ayurvedic doctors and practitioners at the clinic.
Requirements:
- BAMS degree from a recognized institution.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English (knowledge of other regional languages is a plus).
- Basic knowledge of telemedicine platforms and teleconsultation tools.
- Empathy and patience in dealing with patients.
