Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled SAP ABAP Technical Consultant with a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP development and hands-on experience with S/4 HANA. The ideal candidate will possess a robust technical background and a deep understanding of S/4 HANA architecture and functionalities. You will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and optimizing SAP solutions to meet evolving business needs, ensuring system performance and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Development & Customization: Design, develop, test, and implement custom SAP ABAP programs and interfaces within the S/4 HANA environment.
Technical Analysis:
Translate business requirements into technical specifications and develop solutions accordingly.
- System Enhancement: Enhance and modify existing SAP applications to improve efficiency and functionality.Performance Optimization: Optimize ABAP code for performance and participate in performance tuning activities.
- Integration: Develop and maintain integration points between SAP and other external systems using technologies such as IDOCs, BAPIs, RFCs, OData, and Web Services.
Data Migration: Lead data migration activities, including developing custom programs and tools for data conversion to S/4 HANA.
- Testing & Validation: Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the quality and reliability of deliverables.Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all custom developments and enhancements.
- Support & Troubleshooting: Provide ongoing technical support for SAP applications, troubleshoot issues, and implement effective solutions.
Collaboration: Collaborate with functional consultants,
business analysts, and end-users to understand business processes and requirements.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP development.
Proven experience with SAP S/4 HANA implementations and migrations.
- Technical Skills: Expertise in ABAP programming, including Reports, Smart Forms, SAP Scripts, ALV, BDC, User Exits, BADI, and BAPI.
- Strong understanding of S/4 HANA architecture and new features such as CDS views, AMDP, and Fiori/UI
- Experience with data migration tools and techniques in SAP S/4 HANA.
- Knowledge of SAP modules such as MM, SD, FI, CO, etc.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
- SAP certification in ABAP and/or S/4 HANA.
Experience with SAP Fiori/UI5 development.
- Knowledge of SAP HANA database and SQL scripting.
