Good Enough Energy Pvt Ltd seeks a highly experienced and driven employee to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in talent acquisition, particularly in the energy or related sectors, and will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle. This role requires a strategic mindset, the ability to handle complex hiring needs, and a passion for finding top talent to drive our company's growth.
- Roles & Responsibilities End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process from job requisition to onboarding,
ensuring a seamless candidate experience. Strategic Talent Sourcing: Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, referrals, and networking. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with department heads and senior management to understand hiring needs, develop job descriptions, and create effective recruitment strategies. Candidate Assessment: Conduct in-depth screening and interviews, assessing candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit for the organization. Onboarding Job Consultants: Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with external job consultants to enhance recruitment efforts and ensure a steady flow of high-quality candidates. Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive hiring practices to ensure our recruitment strategies remain effective and competitive. Employer Branding:
Contribute to enhancing the company's employer brand by promoting our culture, values, and career opportunities in all candidate interactions.
Software Skills : Applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software., SAP, Power BI or similar one.
- Required Skills & Qualification
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 8-10 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 5 years in a senior or strategic role. Proven experience managing complex and high-volume recruitment processes, preferably in the energy or manufacturing sectors. Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, including sourcing techniques, interviewing, and candidate assessment. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Skills Experience in technical recruitment, especially in renewable or battery energy storage systems (BESS). Familiarity with employer branding strategies and recruitment marketing. Knowledge of labor laws and regulations relevant to recruitment. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
