Job Description
- Communicate and support company policies & procedures to maintain high employee morale and motivation, and ensure an atmosphere of participative management.
- To recommend, implement, formulate and execute organizations policies, procedures, rules, regulations and programs for all the employees.
- Assist the Director of Talent & Cultureto develop an annual and long-term T&C; plan that identifies the organizations T&C; agenda as a component of the organizations overall Strategic Plan.
- Identify T&C; strategies and program requirements needed to maintain a progressive work culture in support of effective recruitment, development, and retention of the employees.
- Leadership skills that utilize persuasion and motivation to attain organizational goals is the most desirable management quality, followed by honesty, integrity, ethical behavior, tactfulness, openness, and cultural awareness.
- Ensure compliance to standards, policies and procedures of the organization.
Qualifications
- Qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a same role within the Hospitality Industry.
- Demonstrated analytical and commercial awareness.
- Hands on experience across end-to-end T&C;/HR cycle including recruitment, performance management and learning and development.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint.
Additional Information

Prior experience working with HonoHR or a related system
Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
Fluency in English, additional languages are a plus
