Designation: Telecaller
Location: Ludhiana
Job Description:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Introduce and promote our garment products and services.
- Identify and qualify leads through phone interactions.
- Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information.
- Assist customers with inquiries and provide product information.
- Upsell and cross-sell garment items based on customer needs.
- Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and gather feedback.
- Track leads and maintain a record of customer interactions.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for increasing sales.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss targets and share insights.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on call activities and sales performance.
- Analyze trends and customer feedback to improve service quality.
