Job Summary:As a Personal Banker, you will provide personalized banking services to customers, helping them achieve their financial goals. You will act as a trusted advisor, offering tailored solutions that fit each customer's unique needs while promoting the bank's products and services. Responsibilities:
- Open new accounts, including checking, savings, and investment accounts, while ensuring compliance with banking policies.
- Actively promote various bank products such as loans, credit cards, and investment options to meet customers' financial objectives.
- Provide tailored financial advice based on individual customer needs, goals, and circumstances.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure their ongoing financial needs are met.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve branch sales targets and improve overall customer experience.
- Stay updated on banking regulations and industry trends to provide accurate information and advice.
Skills Needed:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with customers and build rapport.
- Proven sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- In-depth knowledge of banking products and services, including loans, savings, and investment options.
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored financial solutions.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and client interactions efficiently.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in banking or customer service, preferably in a sales-oriented role.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Financial Planner, Series 7) are a plus.
- Proficient in using banking software and CRM systems.
