Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
2. Oversee employee relations, fostering a positive work environment and addressing any issues that arise.
3. Administer payroll, benefits, and compensation, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
4. Update and enforce HR policies in line with legal compliance and company guidelines.
5. Conduct performance reviews and coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
6. Manage employee records, attendance, and leave, ensuring accurate documentation and reporting.
7. Streamline day-to-day operations,
identifying areas for process improvement and implementing efficient workflows.
8. Oversee office administration, including procurement, client management, and effective communication with authorities.
9. Ensure compliance with operational procedures, legal regulations, and company standards.
10. Monitor and report on operational metrics, ensuring alignment with business goals.
11. Support cross-functional teams in operational planning and execution to meet organizational objectives.
