What you'll do
As Data & Analytics Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting the delivery of high quality business solutions. You’ll capture, validate and document business and data requirements,
making sure they are in line with our strategic principles, while working closely with stakeholders to interrogate and interpret large volumes of data to identify, support and challenge business opportunities and identify solutions.
Day-to-day, you’ll also be:
- Helping to set and embed the strategic vision for the adoption of new and emerging data solutions across the team
- Building stakeholder relationships from across multiple franchises and functions, as well as with peers from across the data and analytics community
- Making sure that data and analytics is embedded in everyday decision making
- Presenting analytical insight with clarity and conveying complex technical information in a way your audience can clearly understand
- Developing high level operating and business models, and detailed process documentation and associated training material
The skills you'll need
You’ll be a qualified accountant, or you’ll hold an MBA or graduate degree with basic banking and accounting knowledge.
You’ll bring good stakeholder management experience across all levels, including senior level, and will also have experience of creating effective presentations aligned to senior stakeholders and forums.
You’ll also demonstrate:
- Excellent analytical, root cause analysis and reporting skills
- The ability to communicate complex issues clearly and concisely to varying levels of management, users and team members
- Experience of delivering outputs into a complex and high pressured working environment
- Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and PowerPoint
