Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition (60%):
- Strategic Workforce Planning: Collaborate with department heads to assess talent needs and develop recruitment plans that align with business objectives
- End-to-End Recruitment: Oversee the entire recruitment cycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Employer Branding: Enhance employer branding by developing innovative recruitment marketing strategies, leveraging social media, and representing the company at career fairs and networking events
- Sourcing Strategies: Utilize various sourcing channels such as job boards, professional networks, social media platforms to attract top talent
- Recruitment Metrics:
Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire to continuously improve hiring efficiency
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by maintaining clear communication and providing timely feedback
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with hiring managers and leadership to understand role requirements and facilitate decision-making
- Talent Pipeline: Build and maintain a talent pool for future hiring needs, focusing on critical and high-impact roles
HR Generalist (40%):
- Employee Relations: Act as the first point of contact for employee relations matters, ensuring timely and effective resolution of grievances and conflicts
- Performance Management: Drive the performance management cycle, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, and annual appraisals, ensuring alignment with business goals
- Learning & Development: Partner with the L&D; team to identify skill gaps and implement employee development programs
- Compensation & Benefits: Provide guidance on compensation structures, benefits programs, and incentives, ensuring market competitiveness
- Policy Development: Assist in the development, implementation, and communication of HR policies and procedures
- HR Operations: Oversee HR operations including employee records, HRIS management, and HR reporting
- Engagement & Retention: Develop and implement initiatives to drive employee engagement, morale, and retention
- HR Projects: Lead or participate in HR-related projects such as cultural transformation, talent management initiatives, and organizational development
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring smooth integration of new employees, and manage the offboarding process,
including exit interviews
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience: Minimum 6 -12 years of HR experience with a strong focus on Talent Acquisition and HR Generalist activities
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in HRIS systems, recruitment software, and MS Office
- Knowledge: Strong knowledge of employment laws, recruitment trends, and HR best practices
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead and manage a team, as well as influence senior stakeholders
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Adaptability:
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to maintain relationships across all levels of the organization
