Job Description
I deliver operational efficiency; quality as per agreed KPI's for UKROI Tender Team. I enable strategic development of people; process. I am focused on reducing tender losses; simplifying Store colleagues experience & driving insights.
- Lead by example; guide a team of Analysts to ensure smooth functioning of Tender settlement process.- Creating an environment for fun & success - Responsible for maintaining SLAs and KPIs - Coaching & mentoring to develop a high performing team.
- Encouraging colleagues to upskill - process; technology & financial concepts - Maintain communication channels with Store colleagues; banks; vendors & UKROI Store Ops leadership - Generate insights to drive decision making on reducing tender losses; improving quality of investigation; simplifying query resolution process - Driving Continuous Improvement; encouraging Lead to champion CI and bring positive change for business. Giving colleagues opportunities to showcase their potential & ideas - Create a digital roadmap using combination of RPA; low/no code automation and advanced tools - Ensuring compliance with Risk & Control Framework relating to C2C - Following our Business Code of Conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence - Aligning self and team to Tesco Finance Strategy. Participates in projects and encourages colleagues to contribute to projects.
