Job Title : Banking :
The Banking Officer is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions, and promoting banking products while ensuring compliance with regulations in a branch environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Customer Service : Assist customers with inquiries and transactions.
- Transaction Processing : Process deposits, withdrawals, and fund transfers accurately.
- Account Management : Open and close accounts; maintain customer records.
- Sales and Cross-Selling : Promote and cross-sell banking products.

- Team Collaboration :
Work with branch staff to meet sales targets.
- Community Engagement : Participate in local events to promote services.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in banking or financial services (preferred).
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Knowledge of banking products and regulations.
- Age 21 to 32 limit.
