Job Summary:
As a Personal Banker, you will provide personalized banking services to customers, helping them achieve their financial goals. You will act as a trusted advisor, offering tailored solutions that fit each customer's unique needs while promoting the bank's products and Open new accounts, including checking, savings, and investment accounts, while ensuring compliance with banking policies.
- Actively promote various bank products such as loans, credit cards, and investment options to meet customers' financial objectives.
- Provide tailored financial advice based on individual customer needs, goals, and circumstances.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure their ongoing financial needs are met.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve branch sales targets and improve overall customer experience.
- Stay updated on banking regulations and industry trends to provide accurate information and advice.
Skills Needed:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with customers and build rapport.
- Proven sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- In-depth knowledge of banking products and services, including loans, savings, and investment options.
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored financial solutions.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and client interactions High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in banking or customer service, preferably in a sales-oriented role.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Financial Planner, Series 7) are a plus.
- Proficient in using banking software and CRM systems.
