## Role
As a TM- you will be part of the GPC- operations and will report to Head of Process Excellence. The purpose of your role will be Conceptualizing and planning new processes, revisiting existing processes to increase the productivity in warehouse operations, Outsourcing and Automations and Take care of Legal Metrology (packaged Commodity) Rules.

## A purpose driven role for you
- Planning, Organising, Coordination, Designing and Implementation of new business Processes
- Outsourcing the activities to release the capacity






- Coordination with Sales and After sales team for new category / range of product launch
- New Kit Launches and MOQ Revisions
- Process planning & Implementation
- Defining new processes, revisiting existing processes for smooth operations at warehouse, Ordering patterns
- Legal Metrology Co-ordination
- Co-ordination with Legal department for new developments before implementation to be legally compliant

## A Day in the life
Conceptualizing and planning new processes, revisiting existing processes to increase the productivity in warehouse operations, Outsourcing and Automations and Take care of Legal Metrology (packaged Commodity) Rules.
1. Providing the training to the workers related to IMS standards (IS0 9001,14001,45001,50001) and TPM.
2. Encouraging the team for giving the suggestions related to Saving in Energy consumption, process improvements in their respective areas etc.

## Academic Qualification & Experience
**B.Tech./ B.E with 8-12 years in warehousing.**

- Software:





Simulation software
- ERP: SAP MM, and WMS
- Innovation management
- People Management skills

## Behavioural Skills
1. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
2. Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
