- Job Title: Manager or Sr Manager (Finance, Accounts, and Taxation)

- Job Summary: As a Assistant Vice President Finance & Taxation, you will oversee the financial operations of all businesses, managing accounting, financial reporting, tax compliance, and providing strategic financial guidance to the senior management team. Your role will involve setting and measuring goals, ensuring accurate financial reporting,
managing budgets, compliance with tax laws, providing financial analysis, and supporting strategic decision-making.
- Key Responsibilities:
Oversee accurate and timely financial reporting for all businesses, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Manage the budgeting and forecasting process, comparing actual results to budgets and analyzing variances.
Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations, managing tax filings and audits.
Provide financial analysis and guidance to support strategic decision-making.
Identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth across businesses.
Assist in the process of mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence and financial analysis.
Facilitate fund raising and provide necessary financial information.
Develop and implement internal controls to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Provide leadership and guidance to finance, accounts, and taxation teams.
Manage relationships with external stakeholders such as auditors and financial institutions.
- Qualifications and Skills:
Min of 5-7+ years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or related fields.
Completion of relevant financial planning and analysis courses with certifications.
Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, and compliance.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.
Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
Experience in mergers and acquisitions processes and financial analysis.
Proficiency in utilizing financial software and data analysis tools.
