Livebox is seeking to hire a skilled Technical Support Engineer (IT) to assist our clients from Chennai office. You will be required to respond to raised tickets and assist clients via remote access. This may include installing hardware and software systems, diagnosing networking issues, installing upgrades, and resolving IT issues.

To ensure success as a technical support engineer, you should have in-depth knowledge of IT systems, high-level communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

- Responsibilities:

Responding to technical support tickets.

Contacting clients to find out the nature of the technical issue.

Connect to client's computers via remote access to resolve the query.







Traveling to client's office/location, whenever required.

Installing new hardware, software, and networking systems.

Diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware, networking, and software issues.

Proposing simple and effective solutions.

Providing basic software training.

Maintaining good client relationship.

Completing job reports.

- Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in B.Tech (IT) / BE (IT).

1 year work experience as a technical support engineer or desktop support engineer is required.

Ample knowledge of IT hardware and networking systems with Cloud Computing.

Knowledge of remote access systems.

Ability to troubleshoot complex IT software and hardware issues.

Excellent communication skills with Good English & Hindi Speaking is must.

Good interpersonal skills.
