Role – Executive / Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager
Hiring Type - On KPMG Payroll for a contract of 9-12 months
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Plan, develop and deliver wellbeing programs that aligns with the Firm’s goals and values.
- Conduct regular assessments to identify people needs and priorities.
- Collaborate with external vendors and experts to provide specialized wellbeing resources.
- Report on wellbeing metrics and progress to senior leadership
- Develop and manage Viva Engage initiatives and encourage peer engagement.
- Work closely with TS and other stakeholders within the Firm to integrate wellbeing in business strategies.
- Act as a point of contact for colleagues seeking query on wellbeing resources.
- Manage budget for wellbeing programs and initiatives.

- MS excel – intermediate/advanced
