We are hiring an AR Caller with 1+ years of experience in accounts receivable (AR) calling. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling claims, following up with insurance companies, and ensuring timely resolution of outstanding accounts.
- Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to insurance companies to resolve unpaid claims.
- Follow up on outstanding AR, including denials and underpayments.
Analyze and resolve billing issues to ensure prompt payments.
- Document actions taken on accounts and update billing systems.
Communicate with healthcare providers and insurance representatives to clarify claims.
- Qualifications:
1+ years of experience in AR calling or healthcare revenue cycle management.
- Strong understanding of US healthcare and insurance claims process.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with billing software and MS Office.
