As a Relationship Manager in the Education sector, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining positive relationships with educational institutions such as schools, colleges, universities, and training centers. Your primary goal will be to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance their educational offerings. You will act as a liaison between our organization and educational partners, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Marketing Oversight:
Ensure strict adherence to all marketing guidelines within the cluster.
- Monitor and report on sales and marketing activities within the cluster.
- Effective Sales and Marketing Execution:
Execute all assigned sales and marketing activities for both new and existing branches within the cluster.
- Track and analyze daily sales and marketing metrics for each branch within the cluster.
- Comprehensive Daily Reporting:
Provide detailed daily reports to the Zonal Head - Sales, highlighting executed activities, progress made, and challenges faced.
- Include key performance metrics and noteworthy achievements for each day.
- New Branch Sales and Marketing Task Execution:
Direct the implementation of sales and marketing strategies for new branches within the cluster.
- Ensure efficient execution of sales and marketing tasks for optimal performance within the cluster.
Provide on-the-job training (OJT) and initial tracking support to ensure effective sales and marketing management for optimal performance to new branches within the cluster
- Team Training and Development:
Deliver on-the-job training (OJT) to counsellors requiring additional support, specifically targeting bottom performers.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the overall performance of the team.
Ensure that new hires are adequately equipped with the skills required for their respective roles.
- In-Depth Market Analysis:
Conduct regular market surveys within the assigned territory to gain insights into local trends and preferences.
- Perform a thorough competitor analysis, identifying strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.
Utilize gathered data to inform strategic decisions, enhancing overall market positioning.
- Stakeholder Relationship Management:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders in schools and colleges within the cluster.
- Strategically assign clusters to drive successful seminar planning and execution
- Education and Work Experience Requirements:
Any graduate with 2-3 years of Sales experience in managerial role.
