As a Real Estate Agent (TARGET BASED)with PROPERTY DOCTOR, you will be responsible for representing clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. You will leverage your industry knowledge, negotiation skills, and local market expertise to provide top-notch service and achieve client satisfaction.

- Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties.
- Conduct property showings and open houses.

Provide market analysis and property valuations.

- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication and personalized service.

Create and implement marketing strategies to promote listings and attract potential buyers.







- Stay up-to-date with local real estate market trends, zoning laws, and property values.

Negotiate contracts and handle transaction paperwork with attention to detail.

- Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or in a similar role.

- Strong understanding of local real estate market trends and property values.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Proficiency in using real estate software and tools.

- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management skills.

- Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with high-value transactions or luxury properties.

- Established client base or strong networking skills.

Additional certifications or specialized training in real estate.

- 85 - ?18,000.00 per month
