We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Manager to join our sales department. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 4 years of experience in core field sales and marketing within the BFSI domain. This role is pivotal in identifying new business opportunities, building relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Identify and engage potential clients through proactive outreach and relationship-building.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize campaigns and maximize lead generation.

- Track and report on sales metrics, providing insights to improve 1 to 4 years of experience in core field sales and marketing, preferably in the BFSI sector.
