Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Sales Officer to help expand our client base and drive the sales of banking products such as savings accounts, loans, and insurance. This role involves working in the field, meeting clients, and consistently achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the local market and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new customers for banking products.
- Meet and exceed sales targets on a monthly basis.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction.
- Promote other banking products like loans and insurance.
- Visit customers regularly and manage field sales activities.
- Generate leads through various channels like cold calling and networking.
- Follow compliance rules when handling paperwork and client data.
- Submit reports on daily and weekly sales Age: 21 to 32 years.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in BFSI sales.
- Local Candidate: Must be from the local area and understand the local market.
- Own a bike for travel to meet clients.
- Education: Minimum graduation in any field.
