ValueLabs is seeking an experienced Cloud Infrastructure Architect and Delivery Lead to join our team and lead our cloud infrastructure strategy and delivery. If you are a technical leader with a passion for cloud infrastructure and delivery, we want to hear from you.
Location: BCIT, Bangalore(5days work from office).
Experience: 7 yrs to 11 yrs.
Skills set: Cloud: OpenShift, OpenShift Virtualization, Kubernetes, Nexus, Terraform, Ansible, API Management Solutions like Redhat 3Scale, CICD, GITOps, Cloud(AWS/Azure), Service Mesh, DevSecOps tools, Scripting, Banking/Finance domain is a huge plus.
Notice Period: maximum 30days.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable, secure,
and high-performance cloud infrastructure solutions using cloud technologies such as Linux, OpenShift, Kubernetes, Nexus, Terraform, Ansible, and API Management Solutions like Redhat 3Scale.
- Lead the implementation of GitOps principles and infrastructure automation using tools such as GitLab, Jenkins, and Docker.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement complex cloud infrastructure projects, ensuring high availability, high transaction rates, and geographical complexity.
- Develop and maintain expertise in Public Cloud Providers such as Oracle, AWS, and Azure, as well as basic Networking fundamentals.
- Manage capacity planning, resource management, vendor management, building business relationships, and stakeholder management to ensure successful project delivery.
- Utilize Agile Methodologies and Project Management principles to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Provide technical leadership and expertise to teams, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver complex projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of technical tools and technologies, including API management, Linux, OpenShift, Kubernetes, Nexus, Terraform, Ansible, Service Mesh, DevSecOps tools, and scripting languages such as Groovy, Ansible, and Terraform.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of logging and monitoring tools, including ELK and Splunk.
Requirements:
- At least 7 years of experience in cloud technologies, including Linux, OpenShift, Kubernetes, Nexus, Terraform, Ansible, and API Management Solutions like Redhat 3Scale.
- Excellent knowledge of GitOps principles and infrastructure automation.
- Experience in complex environments defined by high availability,
high transaction rates, and geographical complexity.
- Knowledge of Public Cloud Providers such as AWS, and Azure.
- Understanding of basic Networking fundamentals.
- Track record of delivering real-time projects.
- Experience in capacity planning, resource management, vendor management, building business relationships, and stakeholder management.
- Strong technical knowledge of technologies such as API management, Linux, OpenShift, Kubernetes, Nexus, Terraform, Ansible, Service Mesh, and DevSecOps tools.
- Strong understanding of GitOps principles and associated implementation.
- Knowledge of scripting languages such as Groovy, Ansible, and Terraform.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to think critically.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Visionary and data-driven approach to decision-making.
