Bellatrix Aerospace Private Limited is actively seeking a talented and experienced professional to filthe role of Senior Associate Content Writer. In this pivotal position, the selected candidate will play a crucial role in creating, managing and maintaining high quality content to achieve our business goals, attract the right stakeholders and elevate the company's brand presence, reputation, and market standing within the dynamic space industry. As a full-time, on-site position based at our corporate headquarters in Bangalore, this role demands an

in-depth comprehension of the intricacies of the space sector. The ideal candidate will possess

exceptional writing,





communication skills and a proven track record in crafting and executing successful content, communication and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

--Develop, write and edit engaging content for various platforms, including websites, blogs, social

media, newsletters, press releases, and marketing materials

--Conduct thorough research to understand the industrial landscape, emerging trends, key

stakeholder personas, competitor landscape to curate targeted content to generate interest and

to stay ahead of any threat to our brand position

--Develop engaging stories and narratives that showcase Bellatrix Aerospace's unique value

proposition, product differentiation, and cutting-edge innovations.







--Tailor content to resonate with target customers and stakeholders, emphasizing the benefits and

value Bellatrix Aerospace brings to their specific needs and challenges

--Ensure all content aligns with Bellatrix Aerospace’s brand voice, style and messaging

--Strategize, create, manage and update the content calendar that aligns with the business

objectives and to ensure timely publication

--Implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to the

website. Monitor and analyze content performance using analytics tools to optimize and refine

content strategies

--Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, strategy and product development,

to gather insights and information for content creation

--Engage with external stakeholders,





including industry experts, partners, and media, to enhance

content relevance and reach

--Develop strategies to enhance brand presence and awareness within the space industry and

among target audiences

--Coordinate and support the marketing team with the press releases, media pitches, video

production, thought leadership initiatives like podcast, interviews, etc. and other PR materials to

announce noteworthy company developments, product launches, partnerships, and significant

events that aligns with brand value, style and messaging

-- Plan and organize product launches and promotional activities to enhance the company's visibility and reputation in coordination with internal teams







-- Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment that encourages creativity and continuous learning

Requirements:

-- Proven track record with at least 3 years of experience in content writing and preferably with

deep-tech industry experience

_- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, showcasing the ability to translate complex

technical information into compelling narratives for diverse audiences

-- Demonstrated success in content writing from inception to completion

-- Strong understanding of SEO principles and content analytics

-- Good social media skills, including experience of publishing and monitoring the performance of

posts on social media accounts such as Twitter, , Instagram and Facebook

-- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word,





Excel, PowerPoint)

-- Experience in handling / coordinating graphic design, animation, photography and videography

-- Strong team player who can act on own initiative and work independently

-- Able to organize and prioritize workload and meet deadlines and changing priorities whilst

maintaining strong attention to detail and without compromising the quality of the work
