1. Market Analysis and Client Advisory:
- Understand the markets, including technical and fundamental stock market reports.
- Advise HNI (High Net Worth Individuals) and UHNI (Ultra High Net Worth Individuals) clients mapped to the desk or to the respective advisor.
1. Revenue Generation:
- Generate direct brokerage revenues by advising various trading and stock ideas based on market conditions.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to clients to enhance their trading and investment decisions.
1. Market Share Improvement:
- Improve market share in trading and delivery calls through advisory calls to clients mapped to the desk and the respective advisor.
- Focus on delivering high-quality trading and investment advice to maximize client satisfaction and engagement.
1. Client Engagement:
- Conduct regular meetings with active clients to maintain strong relationships and provide timely market insights.
- Convert dormant clients into active clients through targeted engagement strategies and personalized advisory services.
1. Regional Client Interaction:
- Undertake regular regional visits for HNI client meetings, seminars, and events.
- Foster strong client relationships and expand the client base through effective communication and networking.
