Qualification:
● UG: B.Tech / B.E. - Computers, Electronics / Telecommunication
● Minimum 5+ Implementations in the Salesforce environment with a high level of custom coding and Lightning framework and API Integrations
● Min 6 years of experience in Salesforce
Key Responsibilities:
● Work with functional consultants and business groups to identify the work to be taken up, and estimate the costs in time, money, and other resources
● Understand the overall architecture and the business use case
● Developing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform, ensuring all the limitations are considered
● Designing, coding, and implementing Salesforce applications
● Testing the stability and functionality of the application
● Troubleshooting and fixing bugs
● Maintaining the security and integrity of the application software
● Seamless integration with third-party systems
● Ensure all Salesforce governance parameters are maintained (storage, code coverage, etc)
Basic technical skills:
● Strong knowledge of agile SDLCs and systems engineering principles
● Strong object-oriented design skills and experience using design patterns
● Strong programming experience with and knowledge of Salesforce programming environments (Apex, Lightening, Visualforce, etc)
● Force.com custom development using Salesforce objects and entities including page layouts, standard and custom objects, approval processes/workflows, Apex and Lightning framework
● Perform unit testing and defect fixes - worked on Salesforce sales cloud/ Salesforce service cloud / Force.com platform
● To be able to leverage the Salesforce.com lightning libraries and other toolset
● Experience in API-based integration projects

● Self-motivated individual with the confidence to take ownership of project work
● Independently manage client interactions on issues related to integration, architecture, data, etc
● Ability to analyze, identify, and resolve errors/bugs/conflicts
● Ability to develop strong client relationships
● Strong English communication skills both oral and written
Required certifications:
● Salesforce.com Certified Developer PD1. Other Salesforce certificates will be an added advantage.
