Tessent TestKompress (level : Intermediate+/expert)

CDN Genus (level : Intermediate)

CDN LEC

Spyglass DfT Lint

LBIST insertion & verification

CDN Ncsim (both Timing & Zerodelay simulation & Debug)

IJTAG (Good to know)

SoC-level Stuck_at, Transition, IDDQ, VLV ATPG experience is must.

Very good experience is debugging GLS failures (both timing and no-timing modes)

Deep knowledge on Fault coverage analysis.

Candidates with Mixed Signal Radar IC experience are highly desirable.
