Glass bottles and glass jars are the core competency of Ajanta Bottle Pvt. Ltd. (formerly Ajanta Packaging Company) since 1981. It is one of the most trusted brands in the bulk supply of high-quality, reliable and certified glass bottles and glass jars. With a portfolio of 157+ glass bottles and glass jars, and a presence across five countries globally and all 36 states of India, Ajanta Bottle fulfills glass packaging needs of all the leading food, beverages and pharmaceutical companies in India. The company has multiple warehouses located at Delhi, Roorkee and Mumbai. Our products, services and brand have been built over a span of 40 years. We are known for having a strong foundation of ethics and integrity,





consistent focus on automation and digitalization, and building and sustaining customer relationships for all these years. About 95% of our revenues come from repeat customers.All glass bottles supplied by Ajanta Bottle are manufactured in Food Safety System Certification (FSSC) 22000 certified plants. Further, we ensure all bottles and jars do not contain lead and other heavy metals. For this, the bottles are tested regularly by renowned third-party external labs. All glass bottles are tested for United States Pharmacopeia (USP) Type II and Type III as per customer’s requirement. Transparency, traceability and safety are our key focus areas. All our glass bottles and glass jars have the manufacturer's symbol, plant location, and mould number embossed to ensure complete traceability of the glass product. An assured quality level (AQL) document is shared with the customer to ensure complete transparency on the quality and consistency of glass bottles and jars. The Role

You will be responsible for :

- Organising data and generating deep customer insights in order to enhance sales force productivity and effectiveness.
- Supporting the sales team key planning and operations tasks to support the overall objective of the business.
- Attainment Planning through effective goal setting, designing sales incentives to drive business objectives and territory analysis & definition for sales maximum effectiveness.
- Providing pricing and contract support by providing the sales team with high-quality and competitive proposals.






- Monitoring and analysing key sales and business performance indicators and trends to drive strategic and tactical business decisions and also coordinating and ensuring accuracy of sales forecasts.
- Ensuring Sales process adoption and compliance and also identifying opportunities for improvement in the sales process and systems to ensure greater sales effectiveness and efficiency.
- Building the sales funnel generating leads via cold calling, emailing and other lead generation activities.
- Handling incoming queries and building good client relationships.
- Ensuring all leads are well qualified by identifying the correct decision makers and understanding their requirements.
- Handing over qualified leads to the sales teams with the objective of closing the sale.
- Maintaining and updating the lead generation database.
- Achieving weekly/monthly targets as set out by the business.

Ideal Profile







- You have at least 1 year experience including solid experience in a similar role within Consumer and Telecommunications.
- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
- You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
