Job Description

Position Title: Branch Manager (Sales)
Location: Ahmedabad (to handle Gujarat region)
Experience: 12-15 years
Reporting to: Country Head- Pune

The Client is engaged in manufacturing of turning centers, EDM, WEDM and sourcing of import machines to cater to the Indian market.
The Client has relationships with best-in-class manufacturers around the world. It provides complete end-to-end solutions to the customer by identifying appropriate products based on customer application and all the related auxiliary equipment support.
A very competent and Hi-tech R &D; team comprising of senior team members with cumulative collective experience in EDM /WEDM technology of more than 140 man years.







Key Functions & Responsibilities
Overall Responsibility:
• Achieve assigned billing, booking and revenue targets for the branch within the timeline.
• Prepare budget/target with regard to projected Billing, Revenue and Expenses for the branch
• Customer relationship management and maintaining excellent relationships with key accounts.
• Generate Business from New customers & Key Accounts.
• Improve & achieve conversion ratio targets.
• Ensure healthy pipelines for all principals to achieve monthly and yearly targets.
• Have an adequate focus on all Principals/ divisions.
• Handle all customer complaints & take complete ownership until closure of the issue, manage grievances and improve the customer satisfaction level.

Education Requirement:
• Diploma/ B. Tech/BE preferably mechanical OR Master’s degree in business administration in Marketing from a recognized University -

Language Skills:
• English, Hindi, Local Language







Technical Competencies Required:
• Experience in selling of metal cutting/ Metal Forming or EDM machines: CNC, VMC, HMC, Milling, Lathe, Fiber laser cutting machines, Press Brake, Punching machines, Turret Punch, EDM or WEDM etc

Behavioural Competencies Required:
• Ready to travel extensively
• Team handling & Strong leadership skill
• Proven track record in achieving sales numbers
• Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
• Analytical & strategic thinking
• Sales passion
• Excellent Organizational skills
