KeyResponsibilities:
- Manageand maintain accurate records files anddocumentation.
- Assist in data entry processingand verification of information.
- Support thepreparation and processing of reports forms andcorrespondence.
- Coordinate with variousdepartments to ensure timely completion of tasks andprojects.
- Handle routine administrative tasksincluding scheduling filing and managing officesupplies.
- Assist in the preparation ofpresentations and other materials asneeded.
- Respond to internal and externalinquiries in a professional manner.
- Ensurecompliance with company policies andprocedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelorsdegree in any field or equivalentexperience.
- 12 years of experience in a backoffice or administrative role.
- Proficiency inMS Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
- Strongorganizational and time managementskills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy inhandling information.
- Excellent communicationand interpersonal skills.
- Ability to workindependently and as part of ateam.
