Job Description
- Primary responsibility is to manage research and development of a product. The person should have techno- managerial abilities to deliver product features, work with associated technologies and manage the team delivering it.
- Contribute to managing technical talent and skills in the organization. Take ownership of performance management, competency development, learning and career development opportunities for your team members, follow processes laid down by HR. Manage team resources including hiring and onboarding the right people as per company requirement and direction from leadership.
- Keep the teams and individuals focused on achieving product and organization goals.
Align the teams and individuals to the required skill levels to effectively contribute to their jobs. Lead the team/individuals with motivation and examples
- Participate as a process contributor in one or more Agile teams. Work with the Scrum Master to set rationale objectives for team members. Your expertise should help team members to have clear requirements and focus on the goals to be achieved for every sprint and release. Assist to Agile teams to prioritize Product Backlog and to streamline execution of project priorities in conjunction with set goals as per the leadership guidance.
