We seek a highly motivated and dynamicField sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will beresponsible for generating new leads meeting with clientspresenting product demonstrations closing deals conductingmarketing and research activities for new clients maintainingconnections with dealers realizing the value of our product toclients and conducting area visits. This onfield job requiresstrong communication skills a proactive attitude and a proven trackrecord in sales.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation and BusinessDevelopment:
- Identify andgenerate new leads through various channels including networking
- cold calling and marketresearch.
- Develop and maintain a robustpipeline of prospective clients.

Client Meetings andPresentations:
- Scheduleand conduct meetings with potential clients to understand theirneeds and present suitable product solutions.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations toshowcase the benefits and features of our offerings.
1. Sales and Deal Closure:
- Negotiate and close salesdeals to achieve individual and team sales targets. Objectionhandling deal closing
1. Marketing and MarketResearch:
- Conduct marketresearch to identify new business opportunities and stay d onindustry trends and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to developand implement effective marketing strategies and campaigns.
1. Dealer Management:
- Establish and maintainstrong relationships with dealers to ensure a steady flow ofbusiness and mutual growth.
- Provide ongoingsupport and training to dealers to enhance their sales performance.
1. Product ValueRealization:
- Clearlycommunicate and demonstrate the value of our products to clients
- ensuring they understand the benefits andreturn on investment.
1. Visits:
- Conduct regular visits todifferent regions within the given area to meet clients
- gather market insights and explore newbusiness opportunities.
1. OnField Job Requirements:
- Be comfortable withextensive travel and working in the field to meet clients andachieve sales targets.
- Adapt to differentenvironments and cultures while maintaining a high level ofprofessionalism and effectiveness.
Education/Experience
Qualifications:
- 12th Pass / Graduate
- Proven experience insales
- Strong interpersonal and communicationskills.
- Ability to work independently and aspart of a team.
- Excellent negotiation andclosing skills w
- willingness to travelextensively and work in the field.
