Job Description:

- Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers.
- Overseeing the relationship with customers handled by your team.
- Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
- Ensure Post Sales Processes
- Prepare Legal Documents, Agreement viz., Registration, Taxes, Compliance etc.
- Ensure SOP are correctly followed
- Assist customers with bank related documents.
- Coordinate with the sales and the accounts team to ensure the sales process is closed successfully.
