We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager for our Used Car Sales team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the automotive industry, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in sales and customer service. As the Manager of our Used Car Sales department, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the department, including managing a team of sales professionals, developing and implementing sales strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the sales team and ensure that sales targets are met or exceeded.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and profitability.






- Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure that the dealership's used car inventory is up to date and well-maintained.
- Hire, train, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve their full potential.
- Ensure that all sales personnel are providing excellent customer service and are knowledgeable about the products and services offered by the dealership.
