Job Overview:
We are looking for a Product Manager to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in driving product vision, strategy, and development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with the needs of founders and entrepreneurs while delivering a seamless user experience.
As a Product Manager at Founders Hub Network, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and business development, to create a product that aligns with our mission of empowering founders.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Strategy: Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on market trends, user needs, and business objectives.
2. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with founders, engineers, UI/UX designers, and cross-functional teams to define and prioritize features.
3. Product Development: Lead end-to-end product development, from ideation and requirements gathering to prototyping, testing, and launching new features.
4. User Research & Insights:
Conduct user research and analyze user behavior to make data-driven product decisions.
5. Product Roadmap: Build and maintain a detailed product roadmap, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and KPIs.
6. Agile Methodologies: Lead agile product development processes, including sprints, stand-ups, and retrospectives, to ensure timely delivery of features.
7. Performance Analysis: Track and report on product performance using key metrics (e.g., engagement, retention, growth), and continuously optimize the product to improve these metrics.
8. Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities for product improvement and growth.
9. Cross-Functional Leadership:
Act as the bridge between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring clarity and alignment on product goals.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
2. 2-3 years of experience in product management, ideally in a tech startup, SaaS, or platform-based company.
3. Proven track record of launching successful products from concept to delivery.
4. Strong understanding of agile methodologies, with hands-on experience leading scrum teams.
5. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
6. Ability to think strategically while executing tactically.
7. Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset for making product decisions.
8. Experience working with cross-functional teams (engineering, design,
marketing).
9. Familiarity with product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Asana, or similar platforms).
10. Passion for entrepreneurship and the startup ecosystem is a big plus.
