Position : Senior Change Manager

Location: Bengaluru, India (with occasional travel to Chennai and Aurangabad)

As a Senior Change Manager at ALTEN, you will be instrumental in driving transformative initiatives within our organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, the Project Manager, and Executive Management to ensure the smooth implementation of changes. Your role will be key in minimizing disruptions and enhancing employee engagement during these transitions.

Main Responsibilities & Accountabilities

- Develop and implement change management strategies for various projects and initiatives, including process improvements, technology implementations, and organizational restructuring.
- Evaluate the impact of planned organizational changes and assess readiness.
- Identify potential risks and create effective mitigation strategies.
- Manage and address anticipated resistance to change.






- Facilitate training sessions to ensure employees are equipped with the necessary skills to adapt to changes.
- Monitor progress, gather feedback, and adjust strategies as needed to ensure successful outcomes.
- Collaborate with Executive Management to assess the impact of changes and develop comprehensive communication plans.
- Lead change management workstreams using a structured methodology and process.
- Support the creation and distribution of communications relevant to change initiatives.
- Define success metrics and track performance against these benchmarks.
- Provide regular reports and updates to management and project teams.
- Produce key deliverables, including:

1. Change management plan
2. Training plan

- Foster a positive and resilient organizational culture during times of transition.

Ideal Profile:







- Over 10 years of experience in change management principles, techniques, and tools, preferably within a corporate environment.
- Proven ability to work effectively with multi-cultural teams, particularly in India and Europe.
- Exceptional facilitation and influencing skills.
- Strong stakeholder management abilities.
- Hands-on approach with practical implementation experience.
- Proficient in conflict resolution and negotiation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong business acumen.
- Solid project management and planning capabilities.
- Analytical mindset with critical thinking skills.
- Ability to perform well under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Collaborative team player.
- Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is an advantage.
