Job Description: Marketing Sales Executive (Building Material)Position: Marketing Sales ExecutiveIndustry: Building Material (Bangar Cement)Experience: 2 to 3 yearsGender: Male Candidates OnlySalary Range: ₹15,000 to ₹25,000 per monthLocation: Bhanpuri, Raipur, Chhattisgarh (CG)Key Responsibilities:Sales and Marketing:Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.Promote and sell building materials (Bangar Cement) to prospective clients.Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction industry.Maintain and expand the customer base through effective relationship management.Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong,
long-lasting customer relationships.Address customer concerns and complaints promptly and effectively.Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.Market Analysis and Research:Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and market demands.Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.Reporting and Documentation:Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to the management.Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.Promotional Activities:Organize and participate in promotional events, trade shows, and exhibitions.Develop marketing materials and promotional campaigns to attract potential clients.Qualifications and Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience of 2 to 3 years in sales and marketing, preferably in the building material industry.Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.Excellent communication, negotiation,
