Responsibilities

- Maintain an orderly workflow accordingto priorities
Requirements
- Provenworking experience as a Customer Service Manager Retail Manager orAssistant Manager
- Experience in providingcustomer service support
- Excellent knowledgeof management methods and techniques
- Proficiency in English
- Workingknowledge of customer service software databases andtools
- Awareness of the industry’slatest technology trends and applications
- Ability to think strategically and to lead
- Strong clientfacing and communication skills
- Advanced troubleshooting and multitaskingskills
- Customer service orientation
- BS degree in Business Administration or relatedfield
