Overview:
The JavaBackend Developer plays a crucial role in designing implementingand maintaining the backend services and infrastructure of theorganization. They are responsible for developing efficientscalable and secure Javabased solutions to support the overallsoftwarearchitecture.

KeyResponsibilities:
- Designing anddeveloping highquality testable and efficient Javaapplications
- Collaborating with crossfunctionalteams to define design and ship newfeatures
- Integrating userfacing elementsdeveloped by frontend developers with serversidelogic
- Implementing data storage solutions usingdatabases such as MySQL Oracle orMongoDB
- Building RESTful APIs for web andmobile applications
- Creating and maintainingtechnical documentation
- Participating in codereviews and troubleshooting applicationissues
- Ensuring optimal performance andresponsiveness of the serversidelogic
- Assisting in the continuous improvementof the development process and tools
- Working onbug fixing and improving applicationperformance
- Staying updated with the latestindustry trends and best practices in backenddevelopment
- Collaborating with the QA team toensure the delivery of highqualitysoftware
- Contributing to the overallarchitecture of the application
- Participatingin sprint planning standups and retrospectivemeetings
- Mentoring junior developers andsharing knowledge with theteam
RequiredQualifications:
- Bachelors or Mastersdegree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a relatedfield
- Proven experience as a Java BackendDeveloper or a similar role
- Strongunderstanding of Java its ecosystems and objectorientedprogramming
- Handson experience with SpringFramework and Hibernate ORM
- Proficiency inrelational databases and SQL
- Experience indeveloping and consuming RESTful webservices
- Knowledge of microservicesarchitecture and design principles
- Familiaritywith version control systems such asGit
- Ability to troubleshoot debug and optimizecode for performance
- Solid understanding ofsoftware development lifecycle and Agilemethodologies
- Excellent problemsolving andanalytical skills
- Strong communication andcollaboration abilities
- Ability to work in afastpaced and dynamicenvironment
- Certifications in Java or relatedtechnologies would be a plus
- Experience withunit testing and testdriven developmentpractices
