The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background and a proven track record in developing partnerships with Direct Sales Agents to drive growth in these product lines.Key Responsibilities:Sales Strategy Development:Develop and execute sales strategies for home loans, LAP, and business loans,
ensuring alignment with company goals.Identify new market opportunities and trends to drive product growth.DSA Sourcing and Management:Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with Direct Sales Agents (DSAs) to expand the distribution network.Provide training and support to DSAs to ensure effective promotion and selling of loan products.Team Leadership:Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets.Conduct regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and referral partners.Understand client needs and provide customized loan solutions.Performance Monitoring:Track sales performance metrics, analyze results, and prepare regular reports for senior management.Adjust strategies based on performance data and market feedback.Collaboration:Work closely with marketing and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.Collaborate on promotional campaigns to enhance product visibility.Networking:Attend industry events, seminars,
