KeyResponsibilities:

- AccountingManagement:
- Oversee and managedaytoday accounting functions including general ledger entriesreconciliations and financial reporting.






- Ensurecompliance with Indian accounting standards (IND AS) and regulatoryrequirements.
- Accounts Payable& Receivable:
- Manage theaccounts payable process including invoice verification approvaland timely payments.
- Oversee the accountsreceivable process including invoicing collections and managingoverdue accounts.
- TaxCompliance:
- Ensure compliancewith Indian tax laws including GST (Goods and Services Tax) TDS(Tax Deducted at Source) and other relevant taxregulations.
- Prepare and file tax returnsincluding GST returns and TDS filings and manage taxaudits.
- Financial Planning& Analysis:
- Assist inbudgeting and forecasting activities. Analyze financial data toprovide insights and recommendations for cost control and financialperformance.
- Monitor financial performance andimplement costsaving measures to enhanceprofitability.
- TransactionMonitoring &Control;:
- Implement controls toensure accuracy and integrity in financial transactions. Monitortransactions to detect and addressdiscrepancies.






- Maintain proper documentationand records for all financial transactions ensuring that allrecords are complete anduptodate.
- Documentation &RecordKeeping;:
- Ensure allfinancial documentation is accurate complete and filedappropriately. Maintain a systematic filing system for allaccounting records.
- Prepare and maintaindetailed reports on financial performance transaction details andcompliance.
- Compliance &Audits;:
- Ensure adherence tointernal controls and audit procedures. Coordinate with externalauditors and prepare necessary documentation foraudits.
- Implement and monitor compliance withcompany policies and accountingstandards.
- ProcessImprovement:






- Identify andimplement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracyin accounting operations.
- Stay updated withchanges in accounting regulations and best practices to ensurecompliance and operationalexcellence.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor s degree in AccountingFinance or a related field. Professional qualifications such asInter CA or ICWA / CMA (Cost Management Accountant) arepreferred.

Experience: 5 years of experiencein accounting and finance roles with a strong understanding ofIndian accounting principles and regulatoryrequirements.

Skills:

Proficiencyin accounting software and ERPsystems.

Strong knowledge of Indian taxregulations and accountingstandards.

Excellent analytical andproblemsolving skills.

Effectivecommunication and interpersonalskills.
