Job DescriptionMinimum of 15 years of experience in quality assurance, with substantial hands-on experience in both automation and manual testing.Proficiency in test automation tools, with strong experience in TOSCA preferred.Solid understanding of testing methodologies, including functional, regression, performance, and load testing.Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.G., Git).Strong analytical skills and experience in troubleshooting and debugging.Proven experience in managing and leading large teams.Strong organizational and project management skills.Ability to mentor and motivate team members.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Certification in TOSCA or other relevant testing tools.Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.Knowledge of programming or scripting languages (e.G., C#, Python)Roles & ResponsibilitiesManage and mentor a team of 20 QA engineers, including performance reviews, career development, and day-to-day support.Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.Allocate tasks and manage team resources effectively to meet project deadlines.Actively participate in both manual and automated testing activities.Develop and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test data for various applications.Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts, with a focus on using TOSCA or other automation tools.Create and implement comprehensive test strategies and plans that encompass both manual and automated testing.Ensure that test coverage aligns with project requirements and business objectives.Conduct thorough analysis of test results, report issues, and work closely with development teams to resolve defects.Lead the design and integration of automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.Utilize TOSCA or other automation tools to streamline testing processes and improve efficiency.Monitor and optimize the performance of automated test scripts.Implement and enforce QA best practices, methodologies, and standards.Establish metrics to assess the effectiveness of QA processes and drive continuous improvement.Ensure that all releases meet the required quality standards and are delivered on time.Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders,
