About the Company:
We're seeking a creative and experienced Social Media Manager to lead our online presence and engagement in the political domain.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube)
- Create engaging content (posts, graphics, videos) in English, Hindi, and Marathi
- Manage and moderate social media conversations
- Analyze engagement metrics and optimize content
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (communications, research)
- Stay updated on political trends and current events
Qualifications:
1 year of experience in social media management
Required Skills:
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi
- Excellent content creation and writing skills
- Proficient in social media analytics tools (Facebook Insights, Twitter Analytics)
- Familiarity with graphic design and video editing software
- Strong understanding of political landscape and current events
Pay range and Location:
Salary Range - 20k to 40k
